My personal training is designed to be specific to your goals and ambitions. Prior to your first training session we will spend time getting to know each other in a free initial consultation. We will discuss your experience with training and/or exercise and anything else that may impact your training program to establish your goals. Once we have established your goals I will put together a customized training plan for you that we will implement to progress towards those goals.

In order to get a feel for what training with Aftershock is like, your first session will be free of charge. Sessions will be one on one in a private gym setting. We can also discuss the potential for online sessions if you are not comfortable training in the gym.
